We are on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Complex Carers to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Cambridgeshire area.
Shift pattern: Night Shift
Who are we? Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK. We work with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference. We have a robust but fast registration process and induction, and we offer all staff a variety of learning and development opportunities.
Role requirements:
- You must have 2 years of paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Carer.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Driving license preferred.
- Commitment to quality care and support.
You will be providing care and support to a paediatric client, whose individual needs include:
- Bipap
- Oral suctioning
- Nebulisers
- Peg feeding
- Medication
- Stoma care
- Manual handling
- Saturation monitoring
- Non-invasive ventilation
- Seizure management
- Autism awareness
- Learning disability awareness
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Β£16.00-Β£20.00 per hour
