Bright Selection are delighted to be working with an established not for profit provider care homes for older people. Our client is seeking a care professional with a passion for working with older people and in particular dementia care. This Home Manager role is based in Greenwich London, within a good rated small residential home with an experienced staff team and excellent regional support.
Requirements
- Min NVQ level 4 health & social Care
- Direct experience of supporting people with dementia
- A qualification in dementia care is desirable
- Experienced in working with CQC and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes
- Ability to develop and market the home
Responsibilities
- Registered Manager with CQC
- Leadership of care home team including care and all support functions
- Deliver exceptional resident centred care
- Working to KPI based on quality and occupancy
- Reporting to Regional Manager
- Working in accordance with CQC and other regulatory legislation
- Recruitment, supervision and appraisal
