This role involves promoting specialised spinal implants and neurosurgery products, developing key accounts, and expanding our customer base across the UK. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of spinal and neurosurgery products, working with key customers and developing new business opportunities. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Collaborate with surgeons and operating theatre staff. Develop new customer relationships in Spine and Neuro centres across the UK. Collect and analyze market and competitor information. Plan and forecast business activities quarterly. Support product launches and corporate activities within the area. Attend relevant conferences and meetings. Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries. Required Skills & Experience Degree qualification in a medical discipline or related field preferred. At least 3 years of medical sales experience. Comfortable working in operating theatres. Target-driven with strong closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, proactive, and self-motivated. Experience with complex medical device technologies. Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific applications. Full, clean driver’s license.
