Uniphar Medtech, a division of Uniphar Group, is seeking a Spine and Neuro Sales Specialist to join our team in Greater London & South East UK. This role involves promoting specialised spinal implants and neurosurgery products, developing key accounts, and expanding our customer base across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of spinal and neurosurgery products, working with key customers and developing new business opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with surgeons and operating theatre staff.
- Develop new customer relationships in Spine and Neuro centres across the UK.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
- Plan and forecast business activities quarterly.
- Support product launches and corporate activities within the area.
- Attend relevant conferences and meetings.
- Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries.
- Degree qualification in a medical discipline or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of medical sales experience.
- Comfortable working in operating theatres.
- Target-driven with strong closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Experience with complex medical device technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific applications.
- Full, clean driver’s license.
