Recruitment Consultant – IT, Engineering, and Sustainability

Up to £35k DOE + Uncapped commission structure | Hybrid | Exeter

Join our Exeter-based team as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in IT, Engineering, and Sustainability. Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and manage high-caliber candidates across IT, Engineering, and Sustainability sectors.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment, ideally within IT, Engineering, or Sustainability sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
