Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will sell the company\’s Ready Mix concrete offerings across Dagenham, Sydenham, Croydon, and surrounding areas. The role involves calling on construction sites throughout the southeast, managing existing accounts, and generating new business. You will use Barbour ABI to stay informed about projects in the southeast and work closely with the commercial manager to ensure quotes are delivered and orders secured. Collaboration with the planning office to meet delivery times is also essential.

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
• Up to 20% OTE, split quarterly

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience selling concrete, ready-mix, and aggregates, either in an internal or field sales role. Confidence in winning new business, calling on sites, and building relationships with site managers is essential. Sales experience within the construction industry is encouraged. The candidate must be organized, maintain communication with customers, and hold a full driving license.
