Job Title: Human Factors Engineer (Internship, Full-time)

Salary: Our starting salary is £34,000, plus a £2,000 welcome payment and an optional 20% salary advance. We also offer an adaptable benefits package to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

Gain knowledge and experience in theoretical, analytical, and hands-on methods to ensure our products are safe and effective for human use. Tasks include User Experience (UX) research, cockpit design, and assessments. You will learn about workplace design, User-centred design (UCD), information and control requirements, human-machine interactions, and environmental ergonomics, alongside psychological considerations such as cognitive workload, stress, vigilance, and fatigue.

Entry Requirements

You’ll need a minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your chosen area. Please note that some roles may be subject to security and export control restrictions based on your nationality or place of birth.
