Job Title: Key Account Executive

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Location: Chesterfield, Derby, Leicester, or Nottingham with agile working. Additional travel required.

Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

Purpose of the Role

As a Key Account Executive, you will ensure our members receive exceptional value. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, aligning their goals with ours to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention, are essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
2. Work closely with senior stakeholders within key accounts to align Chamber products and services with their business goals, maximizing mutual long-term value.
3. Implement strategic plans to achieve account growth.
4. Collaborate with the membership and marketing teams to deliver seamless account management and enhance the member experience.
5. Monitor account performance, track engagement levels, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in membership, customer success, business development, or relationship management roles.
• Strong desire for innovation and ability to envision and gain agreement on value-adding business solutions.
• Experience working with diverse businesses at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
