Description
What you’ll be doing
Your role may include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks:
- Assist in the creation of a clear and well communicated end to end performance management process, including goal setting, check ins and end of year conversations.
- Support the creation of a consistent and fair calibration and promotion process as part of performance, including leader round tables.
- Help activate ‘where careers mean more’; including career pathways through the refinement of pathway documents, internal mobility and connecting employees to wider Gen II projects and priorities.
- Coordinate the coaching and mentoring program for the business, including with external vendors and specialists.
- Support the talent review program: helping to develop the process and documentation for talent reviews; gathering and dispersing any actions for the business, HR operation and talent teams, and ensuring these actions are activated.
- Work with the Head of TD to build out a Talent Database and manage data to support global talent review and management programs. Support the completion of relevant talent data on UKG, to help the business with talent-based decision making.
- Support wider talent leadership to ensure activities align across the talent teams and with Gen II values and behaviours.
- Assist in the management of the talent development budget making sure appropriate approvals are in place for all items before they are signed off.
Projects
- Take a PM role in talent team planning, driving execution through Monday.com.
- Suggest and follow ongoing improvements in the talent space in pursuit of efficiency.
- Support and participate in ad hoc projects which aim to improve the activities in the P&I function.
Process and control
- Ensure all work is undertaken in compliance with process and procedure, relevant regulatory requirements, and that sensitive data is shared in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Support monitoring of KPIs (including those agreed with the Global Head of Talent / CHRO.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulation and market best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION
- 3 years + relevant experience in Human Resources, or as a people growth minded leader within fund administration operations teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, advanced in Microsoft Excel
