We’re looking for a Supply Chain Graduate!

Location: London – Hybrid 2x in the office

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global business within a highly entrepreneurial environment as a Supply Chain Graduate. You will play a crucial role in managing logistics operations for a European client base, ensuring products are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing orders, raising purchase orders and creating item codes.
• Coordinating deliveries from factories/warehouses to clients.
• Ensuring timely receipt of proof of delivery.
• Raising invoices in the internal system and maintaining accurate records.
• Keeping systems up to date with current information.
• Providing day-to-day support to the supply chain team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Graduated Candidate
• Relevant work experience in supply chain/logistics
• Fluency in Spanish would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, with a focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in international logistics would be preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
• Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
