Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technical work and customer service? We’re on the lookout for x2 Water Softener Technicians to join our client, a leading eco-friendly manufacturing company who have vacancies in Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire. Please note, due to the nature of this role, a driving license and willingness to travel is required.

What you'll be doing:

  • Install, maintain, and repair cutting-edge water treatment systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with precision
  • Deliver top-notch customer service while working independently on customer sites
  • Travel to various client locations, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards

What we’re looking for?

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • A knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in plumbing, electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus
  • Experience within the water softener industry/water softener diagnostics skills would be useful but is not required as full training would be given
