About the Team
The Workday EMEA Events and Experience Marketing Team plans and executes flagship events across EMEA, aligning with global and regional colleagues to support organizational objectives and deliver excellence, representing Workday effectively.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Events Marketing, the EMEA Event Content Manager will lead the content development lifecycle for regional Workday proprietary events in EMEA. We seek a candidate with strong program management skills, capable of collaborating and influencing across teams. The role involves:
- Establishing processes, meetings, and timelines for content development and curation.
- Partnering with global teams to craft a content framework aligned with event strategy and audience needs, including session planning and scheduling.
- Leading a team of EMEA Track Leads, including Senior Product Marketing Managers.
- Collaborating with Event Technology teams on content platforms and launch plans.
- Managing content logistics and speaker resources.
- Conducting content reviews to ensure quality and alignment.
- Supporting pre-event marketing and personalized learning paths.
- Coordinating with Digital teams on live streaming and demand programs.
- Handling localization of US content.
- Monitoring session attendance and adjusting content plans accordingly.
- Preparing post-event reports and insights for future planning.
- Maintaining visibility of content across events to identify opportunities and issues.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years proven experience in content and program management for large-scale, global events.
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels with tact and discretion.
Other Qualifications:
- Resourceful, self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent program management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel.
