Client/Customer Service Administrator

Pay Range
BMC Recruitment Group provided pay range: ÂŁ31,397 inclusive of a monthly bonus. Base pay will reflect skills and experience.

- Working Hours – Shift based in a rotating 3‑week cycle (including 1‑hour lunch)
- Week 1 – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Week 2 – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

- Week 4 – 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Hybrid working post‑training – typically 2 days from home, 3 days office based

Duties & Responsibilities
- Process client and adviser requests within SLA, including payments out, internal transfers and investment strategies.
- Answer emails, secure messages and post/letters from both advisers and end clients within the SLA.
- Understand system task failures and manually process these.
- Make outgoing calls and respond to incoming calls to build relationships with advisers and clients.
- Deal with queries and help resolve escalation cases generated within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word.
