We are advising a Top 50 UK Law firm on further growth of their Corporate Group from London. The department are highly ranked in Chambers & Legal 500 and handle high quality of work that is both National and International.
You will have the opportunity to act on both Domestic and Global Corporate matters; the department are well versed across, M&A, PE, ECM, VC, JVs, Reorganisations & more general COCO.

The UK National Corporate Group have undergone significant senior led growth over the past 12-24 months; so are now looking to further grow their practice with a Junior-Mid Level Hire.

Requirements

• Experience from a reputable Corporate Group
• Prior experience on UK Deals, ideally with International element
• England & Wales Qualified Solicitor
• Ideally 2-6PQE

Salary – £85k – £110k +; depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
