The department are highly ranked in Chambers & Legal 500 and handle high quality of work that is both National and International. You will have the opportunity to act on both Domestic and Global Corporate matters; the department are well versed across, M&A, PE, ECM, VC, JVs, Reorganisations & more general COCO. The UK National Corporate Group have undergone significant senior led growth over the past 12-24 months; so are now looking to further grow their practice with a Junior-Mid Level Hire.
