From luxury interiors to custom-built environments, they partner with architects, contractors, and developers to deliver unique pieces that combine function and flair. Each project is different, each solution is tailored, and quality is always maintained. As a Lead Joinery Designer, you will oversee projects from concept to completion. THE ROLE Due to continued success, this thriving company is looking for a Lead Joinery Designer to join their talented team. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion and serving as the go-to person within joinery and CAD design. You will work directly with clients and collaborate with other teams within the business. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the design of bespoke joinery projects, ensuring both aesthetic and functional excellence. Translating client briefs into detailed technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software. Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to develop solutions that meet design intent and budget. Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure feasibility, material specifications, and production efficiency. Mentoring junior designers and maintaining high design standards across all projects. THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this role, candidates should have experience in bespoke joinery design, ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment. A portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience is required. In addition to technical expertise, candidates should have experience working at a senior or lead level.
