Designer - soft wovens (High Street)

This is an opportunity for a women\’s trend lead wovens designer to join a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer in an accessible London location within a great studio space. Working closely with the sales team and the wider organization, you will be responsible for: Researching market trends through shopping trips to stay updated on the latest trends; Implementing direction and innovation across fabric, colour, shape, and prints; Creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs for showrooms and in response to briefs; Producing accurate and detailed CADs for buyer presentations and technical packs for product development; Confidently presenting ranges to customers; Communicating effectively with team members across the UK, Turkey, Morocco, China, and Bangladesh; Overseeing sample development and ensuring deadlines are met. The role suits a passionate, creative, and proactive women’s fashion multiproduct woven design specialist with a solid knowledge of processes and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
