Our Property & Estates team are looking for a motivated person with relevant experience in grounds and facilities maintenance. It is important that youβre a team player that works well with others but is comfortable working on tasks as an individual at times.
The Property & Estates Technician Assistant will carry out and deliver an effective and efficient maintenance provision across the Humber Bridge (HB) property and estates. This includes ensuring buildings and grounds are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition in line with current legislation. For the right individual, it could be a great opportunity to work in a varied and dynamic environment.
As well as acting as an ambassador for the Humber Bridge, the successful postholder will be responsible for:
- Carring out general maintenance tasks
- Carring out estate maintenance tasks
- Carring out basic inspections on buildings, estates, and facilities
- Providing assistance to contractors attending the site ensuring health & safety
