Planning & Logistics Manager - Electronics

We’re working with a leader in high-reliability electronic components, who are looking to recruit a Planning and Logistics Manager to help streamline their operations. If you’re passionate about planning, logistics, and continuous improvement, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Work with the supply chain team to align production schedules with material availability.
• Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Keep inventory levels balanced and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with procurement to address material shortages.
• Lead improvements in logistics processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and warehouses.
• Report on performance and address any operational challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 5+ or equivalent.
• CPIM and/or CLTD certifications are a plus.
