Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Marketing Operations: Manage project systems, resource allocation, internal workflows, and streamline campaign execution and approvals.
  • Drive Digital Marketing Strategy: Support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and tracking digital performance.
  • Develop Marketing Dashboards & KPIs: Ensure clear reporting on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Support UX/UI and Audience Strategy: Assist in UX/UI design and contribute to audience segmentation, content planning, and messaging.
  • Lead Creative & Digital Teams: Oversee asset development across formats, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and quality in execution.
  • Manage Multi-Channel Campaign Assets: Deliver a variety of materials including brochures, displays, packaging, SEO content, and digital campaigns.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance support to build a high-functioning marketing team.
  • Ensure Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution and traffic management.
  • Utilise Marketing Tools & Automation: Leverage platforms like HubSpot and Monday.com for workflow, content, and performance management.
