Italian speaking PA to CEO of Investment Firm

Are you a proactive, detail-driven Personal Assistant with fluency in Italian and a background in financial or corporate environments? A prestigious Investment Firm based in Central London is seeking a polished and professional PA to support a dynamic team of senior executives, including regular liaison with their office.

 About the Role:

This is a pivotal position providing seamless support to a small team of high-performing individuals. You will be responsible for complex diary management, international travel coordination, preparing board-level documents, and acting as a key liaison between London and Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

\\n\\n

Provide high-level PA support to senior executives and partners

\\n\\n

Manage multiple complex diaries across time zones

\\n\\n

Organise international travel, itineraries, and logistics

\\n\\n

Act as the main point of contact for the Italian-speaking clients

\\n\\n

Translate or draft correspondence in Italian and English

\\n\\n

Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation Handle confidential information with discretion Coordinate internal meetings and investor events

\\n\\n

About You:

\\n\\n

Native-level or fluent Italian and English speaker (both written & verbal)

\\n\\n

Previous PA experience in a finance, investment, or corporate setting

\\n\\n

Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detaiL

\\n\\n

Calm under pressure and able to work at pace Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tech-savvy
