Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Mitcham area. This role is between 20 hours per week. This will be delivered Monday to Friday, over 3 days (flexible of what they are) between the hours of 9am till 5pm This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP Pay rate- £15.49ph PAYE- £19.68ph UMB The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident’s daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information, whilst liaising with in-house support workers daily to ensure a continued smooth service. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required. Role Summary: * 20- 24 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday) * This is a temp to perm position * Working with older adults (Aged 55 +) * Based in Mitcham * Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is mandatory.
