ROC Clinic is a private healthcare organisation located in Central London and Aberdeen, Scotland. We offer Primary and Secondary Care Services with a focus on Rapid Access, Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment. In addition to the private health services, we provide an integrated healthcare service for Occupational Health needs, that includes sickness absence, health screening, health surveillance, on-site nurses and doctors, and urgent consultations and treatments.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of a Client Account Manager - Occupational Health to assist us with management of accounts and growth and generation of new business. The role will be predominantly office or hybrid based; however, the role may include travel to our client’s sites across the UK.
We are looking for a driven, motivated individual with a proven track record in client services management and team growth. This role is based within the Sales & Business Development and Marketing Department and is focused on existing client accounts management as well as identification and management of new leads. You will be responsible for handling client accounts, fostering the relationship between ROC and the customer, and handling any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to that client.
You will liaise frequently with the client to assure them of their importance, helping build the client respect and trust in ROC. As a Client Account Manager, you must know how client’s money is spent, and what services they are receiving. You will need to draw and send documents, information sheets, performance reports either as expected part of contractual obligations or to reassure the customer.
As a manager, you may have several client accounts, but you must be able to manage them effectively and prioritise the various customer tasks. If there are any concerns or developments that may affect the timeline, quality or duration of any project, you will have the responsibility to inform the client and take action to ensure we deliver to the brief. The goal is to ensure high quality service delivery and facilitate sales in every possible way to drive sustainable growth.
We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager in Occupational Health, but the role may be suitable for someone new to such a position, if the individual has prior relevant Occupational Health experience and required skills.
- Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role (5 years minimum)
- Experience in providing business administrative support (2 years minimum)
- Experience in logistics support (1 year minimum)
- Experience in managing clients’ accounts (preferred)
- Be able to multitask and handle several client accounts with the ability to work towards tight deadlines
- Have excellent computing skills and be able to handle multiple diary management and live adjustments
- Be able to manage time and projects effectively
- Be able to work with minimal supervision, make decisions and prioritise
- Be able to communicate efficiently – verbally, in print and on the phone with internal and external teams
- Have efficient networking skills
- Instil trust in colleagues and clients to know the client account manager will firmly and swiftly address any issues that have risen.
