Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team and administering customer order requirements
• Delivering the best customer service possible at all times to customers
• Managing incoming customer calls and providing information on products
• Additionally calling established customers in order to establish future order requirements
• Advising customer of product promotions and upselling orders where possible
• Inputting orders on computer system and advising customers of delivery schedule
