About You as Account Manager:

Our new hires will be motivated Account Manager’s and Sales Professionals, with ideally 2 years sales experience. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Office Based

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £22,500 to £30,000 per annum with realistic OTE £40,000 to £100,000 per annum please also note discretionary commission packages can be offered to those from a commission focussed background

The Role of the Account Manager:

  • Inbound Lead Management: Responsively handle, quote, and close inbound Asset Finance inquiries.
  • New Business Development : Identify new business opportunities to expand Love Finance's client base and market presence.
  • Business, Marketing, and Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective business, marketing, and sales plans in alignment with divisional objectives.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness for Love Finance through professional networking and targeted promotional events within the market.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational and credit criteria are met and implement fraud prevention measures to mitigate operational and credit risk.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with all lending and regulatory processes.

Results Expected of Account Manager:

  • Revenue Enhancement: Deliver targeted income growth from both existing and new accounts, measured in terms of Fees Income and Volumes.
  • Business Exploration: Continually identify and pursue prospective business opportunities through various levels of activity.
  • KPI Achievement: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Sales Director.
  • Cross-Selling: Successfully achieve cross-sales targets to encompass all product areas.
  • Collaboration Engagement: Become a vital member of the Sales division by actively participating Sales Meetings and contributing to the Sales division’s success.
