Private Client Solicitor / CILEX

Established North Kent practice seeks Private Client CILEX or Solicitor to join busy department. Our client has roots going back over 100yrs with various office sites across Kent servicing clients in property, private client, commercial law and family law. Working alongside a Private Client team of 3 Partners and 6 lawyers the successful individual will be working from this village office taking over a caseload of Wills, LPAs, preparing Trusts, dealing with Probate & Estate matters and advising clients and the elderly on IHT & CGT. Any additional experience with COP work or candidates with/studying STEP or SFTE would be an added bonus.
