We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for treasury systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, deep understanding of treasury operations, and experience managing end-to-end testing in complex financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement test strategies for treasury systems including cash management, liquidity, FX, money markets, and risk management.
- Lead a team of testers and coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements in testing processes.
