We are advising a Top 50 UK Law firm on further growth of their Real Estate Group from London. The department is competitively ranked in the Legal 500 and handles high quality work for UK & International clients. They offer the full service across Real Estate matters including:
- Landlord & Tenant
- Asset Management
- Investment
- Acquisitions & Disposals
- Real Estate Finance
- Corporate Support
Whilst the role can be tailored around the right individual, someone with broad Real Estate experience (including REF) would be well suited to this particular opportunity. The UK National Real Estate Group has undergone significant Partner led growth over the past 12-24 months and is now looking to further grow their practice with a Mid-Senior Level Hire.
This leading law firm is highly ranked in a number of L500 directories as well as Chambers & Partners. Considered a UK Powerhouse with a strong Global offering, Associates benefit from working in close contact with Partners and other senior leading individuals. Clients include a number of leading FTSE and Fortune 500 companies, working on cross-border matters. Culturally, work-life balance is one of the key differentials from their competitors.
Requirements:
- Experience from a reputable Real Estate Group
- England & Wales Qualified Solicitor
- Ideally 3-6PQE, but this is flexible.
Salary: £90k – £110k; depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
