We are seeking a results-driven Global Senior AR Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team in the UK. How you\’ll make an impact: Work closely with the Head of Billing and Collections to meet target requirements, improve departmental efficiency, and suggest inter-departmental improvements. Research and analyze customer accounts prior to making contact for past due balances. Resolve difficult or complex collections challenges using technical knowledge, critical thinking, and procedural guidelines. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and customers to resolve billing and collection issues. Help forecast accurate collection estimates for monthly or quarterly reports for the Finance team. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing duties as needed. Serve as backup for cash applications and invoicing duties. What you\’ll need to be successful: 5+ years of Collections experience, preferably in SaaS/Technology. Bachelor\’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system and Salesforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Google Suite tools. Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
