The role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Investment Content Writer to take full ownership of our investment writing and RFP/DDQ process. This is a hands-on role focused on project managing, developing, and delivering high-quality content and documentation for our private markets offerings- primarily private credit on a global scale. The ideal candidate will combine strong investment writing skills with deep expertise in RFPs, DDQs, and information management, ensuring our materials are accurate, engaging, and delivered with precision. Responsibilities Investment Writing & Content Creation Develop, write, and update compelling fundraising materials, including pitch decks, fund presentations, fact sheets, blogs, and white papers for institutional and private wealth audiences. Research market trends and analyse competitor positioning to ensure content remains relevant, insightful, and differentiated. RFP, RFI & DDQ Management Take full ownership of the end-to-end process for all RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs related to private market offerings globally. Project manage and coordinate the timely preparation, review, and delivery of all client documentation, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients regarding RFPs, DDQs, and related investment content both on ODD and IDD front for institutional investors and some of the world\’s largest consultants Information & Data Management Oversee the secure and organized management of Data Rooms, ensuring seamless information flow and access for clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain and continuously improve content libraries, templates, and information repositories to support efficient and consistent responses. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the main liaison for client queries related to investment content and documentation, delivering a professional and responsive service. Collaborate closely with internal teams across investment, legal, compliance, and client relations to gather information and ensure alignment with client requirements. Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the RFP/DDQ process, content quality, and service delivery. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines and pressure. Requirements Proven experience in investment writing, with a strong portfolio of RFPs, DDQs, pitch decks, and thought leadership content for private markets. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to take full ownership of processes and deliverables. Strong understanding of private credit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
