Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate

Location: Mayfair

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 4pm)

Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 + commission

Travel or Car Allowance: £2,500 PA travel allowance or £5,000 PA car allowance

We are seeking an exceptional Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. The ideal candidate will excel in a high-standard, professional environment, connecting Landlords with Tenants and providing excellent customer service.

• Register interest and arrange viewings
• Deliver first-class customer service to Landlords and applicants
• Provide personalized attention to clients
• Manage the offer process from start to finish
• Set and surpass targets
