Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Parts Advisor:
- Handling parts enquiries - face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently for both retail and trade customers
- Maintaining stock levels and completing regular inventory checks
- Working closely with the workshop to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Offering excellent customer service and product advice
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar within the motor trade (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident IT skills and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
- £27,000 basic salary (potentially negotiable)
- £33,000 on-target earnings
- Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (morning hours)
