The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
As a Resort Service Assistant you will deliver high end luxury service to all guests throughout their stay. This is a hands-on role, covering every area including reception, concierge, food and beverage and housekeeping. Due to the nature of the role and other factors it is essential that the right candidate also hold a full driving license.
Key Duties:
- Night preparation of facilities and services for the following day.
- Delivery 5-star guest arrival and departure experiences including check-in, check-out and porter duties.
- Transportation of guests around the site.
- Food and Beverage service.
- Support the housekeeping team when required.
- Standards checks and general tidying including refreshing public areas and restrooms.
- Night audit reports and system updates.
- Security checks, locking and alarms.
- Any duties required by management to support the delivery of guest services and experiences.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Driving License is essential.
- Previous experience within the hospitality, hotel or leisure industry advantageous.
- Experience of booking systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and professional telephone manner.
- Positive and flexible approach to work including weekend and evening shifts.
