Summary of the Office Administrator role Salary: £12.80 – £13.80 per hour Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 Hours Monday-Friday, flexible starts from 7:30am – 9:00am Responsibilities of the Office Administrator Schedule appointments and manage the Engineers\’ calendars. Handle incoming customer enquiries. Prepare and manage quotations. Diary management. Data input and updating of spreadsheets. Taking over the phone payments. Requirements for a successful Office Administrator Previous office Administration experience, including diary management. Experience raising and handling quotes. Excellent telephone manner. Strong organisaational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using CRM systems.
