We are currently working with an excellent legal firm who are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to join their team. They’re ideally looking to take someone who has previous accounts experience who is keen to transition into a Legal Cashier. There will be training provided and the firm aren’t necessarily looking for someone with previous experience working for a law firm. The role is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working available after a brief period of training.
Typical duties would include:
- Process client transactions.
- Reconcile client ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- Manage recovery of WIP, fees, and disbursements.
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous accounts or cashier experience.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
