Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76/hr; increases to £15.97/hr inside the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

The role involves supporting store operations, leading shifts, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting your team. You will be responsible for opening/closing the store, ensuring safety, maintaining store presentation, and supporting community and charity events.

Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, a good communicator, a natural leader, flexible, motivated, and curious about improving store operations and customer experience.
