About the role

Availability Window

• Sun: 16:00 – 22:00
• Wed: 05:00 – 11:00
• Thu: 06:00 – 12:00
• Fri: 17:30 – 23:30
• Sat: 13:00 – 19:00

Pay Rate: Starting from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97/hour inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues; options for fewer hours (minimum 12) are available.

We schedule your hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks\’ notice of shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times are close to but not exactly matching the advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.

As a Shift Leader, you\’ll support store operations, help customers, and oversee the team to ensure smooth running. Your role involves managing shifts, supporting colleagues, and improving customer service.

• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Coaching colleagues and providing feedback
