The anticipated pay rate is $18.50 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible associates and their families can participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability plan. They can also enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, with sick time up to 64 hours per year, unless otherwise mandated by law.

Job Description:

The Retail Stocking Associate is a key team member, responsible for providing excellent customer experiences, inspecting and stocking products, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Who You Are:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with adherence to attendance policies
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate a ladder and potentially become forklift certified
