A great opportunity has arisen to join our successful growing team at Adam's Morey as a Parts Sales Advisor at our site in Nursling.
Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, 1 in 3 Saturday paid as overtime 8.00 am to 12.00 pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling external parts sales enquiries with speed and professionalism.
- Accurately pricing parts and updating internal systems.
- Building long-term relationships with our valued customers.
- Liaising with trusted suppliers to ensure the best service.
- Maintaining high standards in customer service and administration.
- Driving parts sales growth through excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a motor trade parts department.
- LCV or HGV parts experience is highly desirable.
- A person with top-tier customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- Organised, proactive, and driven to meet sales targets.
