Recovery Driver Trainee

Job Description

You should enjoy working with customers and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, along with tolerance, sympathy, and understanding when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least three years of driving experience.
• A technical background is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• All candidates will be subject to CRB checks.

The Role

This role involves vehicle recovery following breakdowns or accidents, primarily within a 100 km radius, with occasional longer recoveries across the UK.

We provide comprehensive induction training covering all aspects of the role, including an industry-recognized basic level accreditation.

Since we attend breakdowns in all weather conditions, you must be prepared to work outdoors and in challenging environments to recover our customers.

The shift pattern for this role is either 4 days on, 2 days off, or Monday to Friday with alternate weekends.
