Position Summary The AHU Electrical Service Supervisor will be based at our Clients’ Cramlington facility, and the main function of this role will be to work on site work to manage AHU site, Refurbishment, Test and Spares and give support to AHU Projects as well as Warranty and Quality Control. They will develop performs and supervise service programmes for start-up, testing on all Daikin projects and sites. Essential Functions & Duties • Performs service on site work, installation, site test, maintenance warranty and service either directly or through site services supervisors, site services engineers or sub-contractors. • Performs or assists in the repair and modifications of equipment at the customers installations both in the UK and abroad. • Carries out and or provides technical instructions to site service supervisors/engineers sub-contractors regarding the installation, operations, repair and maintenance of equipment at customer installation. • Adheres to Company policy for Quality Assured service standards, Health & Safety standards and Environmental Standards • Maintains site service records and reports on all service assignments and departmental activities. • Performs site testing, maintenance, and installation service and repair projects. • Carried out and organises testing of equipment at site. • Understands and accepts company policy with regards travel allowance and subsistence and recognises that some weekend overtime working will be required. • Pricing and preparing quotations. • Compiles RAMS and Site visit surveys. • Point of contact for customers ensuring smooth transition of work. • Supervisor/client training. • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Skills • IT Literate – Confident user in Microsoft Office • Understanding of AHU products would be beneficial • Knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable • A good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace essential • Supervisory skills preferred • Good Communication Skills both written and verbal and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Qualifications • SSSTS Preferable to work on site • Qualification in Electrical Installation • 18th Edition Certificate
