The Associate, Business Operation, within the Country Insight Group (CIG), will be responsible for managing business development and operational activities of the CIG. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong business acumen, a strong sense of client servicing, a problem solver who can think out of the box to pitch the CIG’s offerings to internal and external stakeholders, and can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. As Dun & Bradstreet is a data company, the candidate is expected to work closely with technology teams and should be comfortable dealing with related activities, including but not limited to management of CMS platform, product delivery, and managing database and related processes. The candidate is also expected to bridge the flow between D&B’s sales & marketing universe and the CIG, in terms of engaging in dialogues, creating and updating collaterals and taking the lead to drive the team’s outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between the CIG and internal/external stakeholders to promote Country Insight Group (CIG) offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in pitching services and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
  • Create proposals, decks and business development materials.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the CIG to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to manage and maintain the CMS platform.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor, maintain, and support the CIG database and related technical processes.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate on any tech-related operational issues.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CIG and D&B's sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and update sales collaterals and marketing content.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and lead generation activities.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and team outreach effectiveness.
  • Support strategic initiatives to grow the CIG business line.
  • Drive process improvements and encourage innovation in service delivery.
  • Provide market insights and assist in shaping CIG’s evolving value proposition.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges in client servicing or project execution.

Key requirements

  • Master degree in Business/Strategic Marketing/Operations (MBA/MSc)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience of supporting and servicing internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral English communication and highly effective organizational skills.
  • Capable of working across multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver quality output within the designated timeframe
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Comfortable working with data management tools (PPT, Excel, Word, PowerBI and Access); desirable additional technical expertise includes knowledge of HTML, Python, SQL, and VBA.
