An Inventory Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating inventory and record-keeping. Their main goal is to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability.

What you'll do:

  • Refill products on shelves and displays.
  • Update stock information in the system.
  • Monitor the receipt of goods from internal facilities or suppliers.
  • Ensure inventory levels support order fulfillment needs.
  • Organize goods according to FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
  • Review expiry dates and remove products as per company policies and shelf life.
  • Inspect products for defects and damage.
  • Minimize unloading time for inbound trucks.
  • Add all received products to the system within 30 minutes of receipt.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FP area daily.
