We are seeking a Field Service Technician / Solar Technician with experience in the utility-scale solar sector, and are also open to candidates with large rooftop solar experience. Responsibilities and duties- Reporting to the Area Manager, ensure optimal performance of large-scale solar assets.
- Perform operations and maintenance duties across solar sites in Chichester and surrounding areas, with occasional travel as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements during duties.
- Test both DC and AC systems, identify faults, and trace issues.
- Conduct firmware updates and utilise computer systems for asset diagnostics.
- Obtain Authorized Person status after training.
- Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, and testing of systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
