An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton as a Bodyshop Manager. As a Bodyshop Manager at Sytner, you will lead a team dedicated to delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department, as well as handling customer interactions both internal and external.

Our dealerships feature state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and technology in safe, friendly, and clean workshops. This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

About you

  • Experience and understanding of all aspects of running a Bodyshop and handling insurance claims are essential.
  • You should already hold a similar position within the motor industry.
  • This sales-focused role suits a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual.
  • You must be both Audatex and VDA accredited.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner are required, as most authorizations are negotiated over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of Audatex Enterprise and E.M.A.C.S. is advantageous.
  • Applicants should have Bodyshop experience within a franchised dealership as a minimum requirement.
