What you will learn?

  • This is a varied, client-focused role that will involve a broad range of management consultancy including: business requirement elicitation, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, automation potential assessment, Target Operating Model transition, training delivery, and change management.
  • Assist in the implementation of the WDX1 product roadmap.
  • Support the Developers and Testers by helping to define the requirements and test coverage and to prepare data.
  • Act as a liaison between client/project teams and product teams to relay feedback and resolve issues.
  • Help develop user documentation, training materials, and support resources.
  • Participate in internal product testing and quality assurance activities.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts/software technologies as needs arise.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation is produced such as business and functional requirements, technical/interface designs, business process models, user stories/requirements, and user case scenarios to industry guidelines as appropriate for the business needs.
  • Constructively challenge the existing practices and propose improvements.
