This is a vital role responsible for securing more six-figure partnerships of various types, with a focus on opportunities aligned with Mind\’s new strategy and potential for long-term, strategic, and transformational partnerships. Key Responsibilities Proactively and reactively identify and qualify partnership opportunities. Develop and steward relationships, create compelling proposals, lead meetings, pitches, and represent Mind externally. Oversee the full lifecycle of partnership projects, from planning to evaluation. Develop stewardship plans for top prospects, including engaging Mind\’s leadership and trustees. Collaborate across teams to maximize partnership opportunities, including exploring voluntary and pro-bono options. Refine and develop Mind\’s prospecting approach to increase partnership sustainability and value. Line manage a team member. Design partnership agreements ensuring expectations are met, risks are mitigated, and ethical standards are upheld. Monitor industry trends and keep the pipeline updated. Build internal and external connections to maximize opportunities and income. Represent the team at meetings, workshops, and events. Use CRM systems effectively to support operations. Support the wider partnerships team to deliver holistic, donor-focused partnerships. Perform other duties as necessary.
