Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, resources, and customer service, including leading the General Assistant team.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation in all warehouse areas.
- Work towards balanced performance across key metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Maintain branch standards and compliance to ensure balanced performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams to build skills and capabilities.
- Conduct regular reviews to enhance colleague engagement and support development.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager on succession planning.

- Deliver daily briefings to communicate key objectives and measures.
- Work approximately 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, and alternate Saturdays 8am-4pm.
