Walfinch West Suffolk is currently seeking high-quality community care assistants for full-time and part-time positions across West Suffolk. We are looking for care workers who are passionate, caring, and eager to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing high-quality support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care
- Advising, supporting, and undertaking planning, preparation, cooking, and serving of meals
- Supporting or undertaking household duties
- Administering or prompting medication
- Providing companionship
- Facilitating social activities

- Attending appointments

About The Role
We seek hard-working, positive, and proactive individuals. In return, we offer:
- Very competitive hourly rates starting from £13 per hour (Monday to Friday) and from £15 per hour on weekends
- Double pay for Bank Holidays and triple pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day
- Paid mileage and travel time
