Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Research & Insight Assistant to work across our organisation.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working
Working Pattern: To be discussed at interview stage, with flexibility to work occasionally in the evening.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out satisfaction surveys and research, obtaining additional information or providing feedback.
- Manage customer enquiries following contact and action requests.
- Handle all customer contact in a professional, positive, helpful, and responsive manner.
- Provide customers with appropriate advice and information, and initiate action on their behalf.
- Ensure that customer enquiries that cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact are passed to the appropriate person with all relevant information.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience dealing with complex customer enquiries, preferably in a similar role, with evidence of decision-making and innovative thinking.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond and give feedback to internal/external customers, managers, and colleagues.
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately and consistently.
- An understanding of Data Protection principles and practices.
- Practical experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
