Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator with a passion for planning and executing exceptional events? We are working with a large business in Ipswich seeking a qualified Events Coordinator to join their growing marketing team, supporting the planning, management, and delivery of a wide range of corporate and social events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing the company's event calendar, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of multiple simultaneous events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create event proposals, covering timelines, venues, suppliers, and budgets.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue sourcing, seating, dining, accommodation, and entertainment.
- Support events on the day, handling problem-solving, guest management, and vendor coordination.
- Adhere to budgetary controls, securing the best value for all event-related activities.
- Produce post-event evaluations to inform future event planning.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Foundation degree, HND, or degree in Events Management or related qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
