The Job
- Lead and manage the UK programmatic trading division (25+ people) across multiple levels, channels, and client verticals.
- Set trading strategy and drive operational excellence, innovation, and delivery across all programmatic campaigns.
- Collaborate with commercial, product, client services, and operations teams to improve outcomes and performance.
- Own senior relationships with DSPs, data providers, and technology partners.
- Foster a high-performance culture and oversee hiring, development, and team growth.
- Represent the business in high-level client conversations, pitches, and industry forums.
- Act as a key member of the UK leadership team, driving forward business goals and trading excellence.

- 7+ years of experience in programmatic trading, with significant team leadership exposure.
